How does this work?
Choose a location, we will set up, you arrive, enjoy & relax!
Once you are finished we will pack and clean everything up. No fuss, no dishes, no bags.

What's included?
All our packages include a picnic basket, low profile picnic table and/or ottoman, pillows and rugs for seating, plates, flatware, glassware, linen napkins, ice bucket with water for each picnicker, bluetooth speaker, portable phone charger, garbage can, setup & pack down plus cleaning.

Each setup has a styling customization option. You can choose between one of our themed packages or let us know if you have a preference of styling so we can tailor a picnic to fit your special occasion.

We currently offer packages suitable for 2-20 guests of all ages. 

What is the pricing?
The price of each picnic is dependent upon guest count and any additional selections. Once you complete our inquiry form, we will contact you regarding the price based upon your guest count and selections.
A 20% service fee will be applied to all picnics.

Is there a travel fee?
A travel fee will be applied for locations more than 10 miles from Monroe Township, NJ

How do I book a picnic?
Fill out our inquiry form, call/text or send us an email.
We will put together a customized proposal for your review.  
Once you've signed your contract and paid your deposit, you're officially booked for a Styled Memorable Picnic!

Should I include my small children into the guest count when booking?
If you’d like us to include seating and a place setting for them, yes, include the kids in the guest count. 

How much notice do you need to book a picnic?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, but to ensure your preferred date, we suggest the earliest possible!  Depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate last minute bookings.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due one week before your reservation. If your reservation is booked within the same week the total payment is due at the time of booking.

How long are the picnics?
Each picnic is 2 hours. You are able to extend your time for an additional cost. 

Can I bring food and drinks?
Absolutely! Guests are welcome to bring any food and drink they would like to their picnic.

We have a list of optional food and drink add-ons that can be added onto any picnic.

Does Styled Memorable Picnics stay during our picnic?
No, we leave after you're settled and return once your picnic reservation ends. If you need us during your picnic, you can call or text us and we will make our way back to the site.

Can we leave whenever we want?
If you would like to leave earlier than the arranged time, please provide us a 30 min notice via phone call or text. You are responsible for the picnic items until we are able to return and pack up.

Do you have suggested picnic locations?
Private residence, backyard, deck/patio, beaches and parks.
Liberty State Park in Jersey City is our most requested location.

What's your cancellation / rescheduling policy?
We don't offer any refunds but we can change your reservation time if we have availability with 72 hour notice. After that, there is a 20% rescheduling fee to move your reservation. 

If you wish to reschedule due to other circumstances, we will require a minimum of 72 hour notice and must be approved by Styled Memorable Picnics. Availability varies. The 25% deposit is nonrefundable, but transferrable.

What is your weather policy?
We monitor the weather the week leading up to your picnic.  If it looks like it may affect your reservation, we will contact you in advance of your picnic to discuss your options. There is no cancellation charge for rescheduling your picnic due to bad weather.  The client has the option to reschedule a picnic within a 3 month period due to inclement weather.

Are you picnic items available for rent individually?
Yes, our items are available for rent individually without the need to book a picnic.
